The Office of Human Resources is responsible for the administration of the university's mission to seek to employ and retain staff and administrators who are equally dedicated to supporting excellence and innovation in teaching and learning. The Office of Human Resources is responsible for coordinating services and administration of employment and employee benefits. The Office of Human Resources is concerned with the welfare of all Mississippi College employees and will assist with work-realted problems to promote good employee-employer relations.

The Personnel Office processes Mississippi College employee payrolls, time and attendance information, provides employees with information about their benefits such as insurance, administers the Flex Pay Plan, the Mississippi College Retirement Plan, and assists in the orientation of new employees.
